Mono flanged butterfly valve, type 1130

Type 2010 is a double flanged valve with a double eccentric disc and face to face length according to EN558-1/14. Complete tightness is provided by the self-adjusting elastomer seat attached to the disc and the retaining ring. Operation of the valve is with gearbox and hand wheel but can also be delivered with an electric-, pneumatic- or hydraulic actuator.

  • Double offset bearing of the disk in the body in maintenance-free bushes
  • Medium-free bearing by triple O-ring seal and closed bearing lugs at the disc
  • Wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and infiltration-proof seat
  • Anti-blowout shaft and shaft seal
  • With self-locking, encapsulated, maintenance-free worm gear in protection degree IP67, incl. mechanical position indicator and hand wheel
  • Tightness according to DIN EN 12266-1, leak-rate A
  • Tight in both flow directions acc. to EN 1074-2
  • Actuator flange connection acc. to ISO 5211
  • Flange connection dimensions to EN 1092
  • Body: ductile cast iron GGG40
  • Disc: ductile cast iron GGG40
